Credit & Debit Cards

Visa, Mastercard, Discover & American Express are accepted cards. The transaction description on your credit card statement should include ROCKUTAHCOM in the description. 

Check

Checks are accepted for individual orders or for multipile orders. Please reference ALL RockUtah.com Order Numbers on the check. Please make out all check payments to “Rock Utah LLC” or “RockUtah.com”. An open check may be left upon approval of Rock Utah LLC and the customer. Open checks may be used to make payment on multiple orders and are in most cases closed at the end of the day. Bounced checks due to insufficient funds, closed accounts, etc will be charged a $35 returned check fee. Check payments may be used to pay off invoiced orders.

Cash

Cash payments should be made prior to order fulfillment. Make sure you receive an electronic confirmation/receipt of the cash payment via text (Sent from 8019356511) and/or email (Sent from [email protected]). The confirmation must include the RockUtah.com Order # and the amount paid. If you don’t receive a confirmation or the confirmation does not include the Order # or Amount contact us immediately. Change on hand is limited. Please be prepared to pay the exact amount of the order total. DO NOT SEND CASH PAYMENTS IN THE MAIL.
